Great Emotion + Belief = Manifestation

I’ve been reading about 2 pages a night out of “The Law of Attraction” by Esther and Jerry Hicks. If you’re not familiar with them, you can learn more about www.abraham-hicks.com.

The last two nights the passages I’ve read have blown me away!

Here’s one from page 88:

“We have told you that your thoughts are magnetic. But we want to add a point of clarification here: Although every thought has creative potential, the thoughts that do not bring great emotion with them are not bringing the subject of your thought into your experience with any sort of speed. When it comes to thoughts that you feel strong emotion about-whether it is positive emotion or negative emotion-the essence of those thoughts is being quickly manifested into your physical experience. And that emotion that you are feeling is communication from your Inner Being, letting you know that you are now accessing the power of the Universe.”

This paragraph is AMAZING  to me.

Most people want  to know how to manifest QUICKLY.

Well, here it is, folks. This is the ANSWER.

Everything you need to know is right here in this little paragraph.

If you want more money, for instance, the question to ask yourself is, are you attaching great emotion to your thoughts of having more money? The follow up question to that might be, how do I add great emotion to my thoughts of having more money?

Visualization is one very simple and effective way. Do it every day for 3 - 4 minutes and when you see yourself having more money during your daily visualization, try and experience the emotion.

The question to ask is, how will I FEEL when I have all that money. Picture yourself doing whatever it is that you will be doing.

For instance, I want more money so I can travel around the world with my family. So I close my eyes and see myself traveling to Rome or Alaska with my husband and kids and I imagine how I will FEEL in that scenario. I imagine it as if it is already happening.

So, as you can see, I have created GREAT positive emotion.

Another thing you can do is when you are going throughout your day and you feel NEGATIVE emotion toward something, you can stop and identify what the thought is that is causing you to feel negative or down.

Once you can get in touch with the thought, you can reach for a better feeling thought and then try, if you can, to add some GREAT emotion to it. Picture things the way you want them to be.

This is a formula for getting what you want more quickly. Wow! I just love this stuff. And it works!
